Privacy Policy

Our Booking Form

When you send a booking request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, event date, event town or ZIP code, the trailer you're interested in, your guest count and any notes. We use it to call you about your request and to arrange your rental. If you book, we'll also ask for an email address so we can send your invoice.

To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it and may collect information about your browser and device to do that. We also limit how many requests can be sent from one connection, and we may check with our phone service provider what kind of line a phone number is (mobile, landline or internet phone).

Phone Calls

Calls to our business phone numbers are recorded. Recordings may be transcribed into text by our phone and transcription service providers. We keep a record of each call: the number that called, the time and how long it lasted. We use recordings, transcripts and call records to make sure no request gets missed, to call people back and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed.

Our Website

We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our website, such as which pages they visit. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our site also sets its own cookie that remembers how you arrived (for example, which ad you clicked), so we can tell which of our advertising works. When you tap one of our phone numbers on the website, we note the page you were on. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that provide services we use to run the business: our phone service, our transcription service, our website host, our email provider and our payment processor for invoices. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

• Call recordings: 90 days, then deleted
• Call transcripts: two years, then deleted
• Invoices and payment records: seven years, for tax purposes
• Booking requests and our notes about your rental: as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it (for example, invoices for tax records). Call or email us and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our website and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date below.
